Once completed simply;

1. Lodge this form in person at Sanders Property Agents office.

2. Mail to Sanders Property Agents at 9 Jannali Avenue, Jannali NSW 2226

3. Fax to 02 9528 9460

4. Left on kitchen bench on inspection date. We will collect it.
